I love it I spread it all around. I was born in Israel and lived under attacks as such for long time. On my birthday the Isreli army marched into Lebanon under the command of one big fat HItler that is now having a visit from the Karma police and is in a koma. On my 18 birthday I was drafted to the Israeli army itself (its a duty there to do so once you are 18) and served in Lebanon to see that both side are in great suffer. I finished my service more pacifist then ever on time to see the Isreali priminister getting murdered by the media and one lunatic guided person. I know its no use . the method of fighting is empty and destructive. When I saw the priminister getting shot I vowed to do my best to show others exapmle since I realize demonstration is not enought and the change must start from withing and not from without. Within years of practice alternative healing methods I got to Budhism and I found my refuge there. And Im aware of how powerfull weman can be if they get together. In fact the religious of the Jewish claim that most of women are witches and when they are on period they are dangarous one so they order on isolation when period time is coming - lol. Burmese monk Caelo says to be in peace,be as if that is where you are.Mind that is not an exact quote.He says ,what would you be doiong if we were in peace.
I ask that on Peace Day we stand in our peace wherever we are and send that light from our hearts around our planet.

I remember the million man march...How does a million woman march in each country, state, province etc..to the head of their local governments sound?

Make an agenda that leaders can come forth and proclaim..

Tomorrow we will be saying prayers for peace to be restored in Lebanon, Israel and the Middle East and for our government heads to come to the negotation tables immediately. This is on a small scale here in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.

Dear Nikki,
I just read your piece that is going around the internet. By your photographs, I would guess that you and I are of similar age so we have both lived through the eras beginning with the Korean and Vietnam Wars through the wars of today, as well as the times of peace. Peaceful times are certainly the most comfortable eras to live in, without a doubt. I am a believer of peace, and I pray that this entire world can be a peaceful world.
I have also seen the children in the news recently – some with the same hoods you speak of, and some lying on the ground covered with bullet holes and shrapnel. It saddens me to no end, and I cannot imagine the pain their mothers and families are feeling. I also look at the children in our country - playing and laughing peacefully and safely in their neighborhood streets - because America has chosen to defend our country from further attacks since the attack on our country on September 11, 2001. If America chose not to defend our families, there would be a whole lot of mothers out in the street begging for American troops to come to their rescue – just like they did in New Orleans after Katrina.
God is Peace, and in the metaphysical sense I concur, “Let Peace Prevail” – Let God’s Good Prevail! But ask me to stand on the street and proclaim a political stance “NO MORE WAR” just ten days after 9/11, the images of those falling towers are still too fresh in my mind. I just can’t do it. There have been several attempts on US Citizens since that horrid day of “war”, and had America not taken action to defend this nation, we would be looking at similar news clips of men, women and children in our very own communities…IF we ourselves were still alive to see the news! Thank God for allowing us to defend our country on turf other than ours – He has blessed America because we have built our nation under God. Protesting war and insulting our men and women who choose to make the ultimate sacrifice to defend our freedom and the freedom of our children is not the solution either. But prayer, “Peace on Earth”, God will hear, and He will answer.

Ever since Aristophanes wrote Lysistrata, women have been pro peace. Your request was a simple one, a good one. Women have the babies that go off to war or who strap on a bomb. It really is up to the women to demand peace. I remember when Z Budapest tried to start a Lysistrata movement where women would refuse to have sex until war was stopped. It amazed me to see the variation of opinions on your website. I for one, am with you. I will continue work on my art piece, "Killing the Future, Mirror of Truth" and pray that I can affect those that are sleepwalking through their life. The bottom line, is, children are dying. I for one, will scream on 9/21, ENOUGH. STOP THE WAR. BE PRO-PEACE. At least when I go to my grave, I will know that I remained a pacifist regardless of all political schemes to get us to live in fear and hatred.

PS. When I sent your email to my English friend Gareth, he said that it was the Irish women who brokered the peace between the IRA and the government. So it can be done.
Also, having had acquaintances die in the trade towers, and having had worked for a company who lost 300 people, I can say with certainty that had I been killed there, I would not have wanted my death to cause the deaths of others. Revenge is a vicious cycle that never stops.

Nikki, I only have one response to this. Why just women? Women cant save us only we as a collective can save us with our free will, it has nothing to do with gender, or even large masses of people protesting. It seems just another, attempt to seperate us all so we dont look at the larger picture. I have much love and respect for you Nikki, i know we have only maybe spoken a few times. But as we speak the leaders of the world are talking about the best way to exterminate us all. And here you are saying that women can save the world, seems slightly off. We are in a total police state , concentration camps are being built all over the US and the world. The evidence is there , we have no rights , they have all been destroyed in secret while the public still comes to terms with the reality that the world is like the most elaborate hollywood conspiracy movie ever made , and that all the worst atrocies that we could commit against ourselves is just as much our fault as the people in charge. The only way we can defeat this madness is to not be defeatist's. Fighting for peace at this moment in time is like fucking for virginity. In the raw truth of it all the children right now will be the end of us. They are brainwashed deliberately dis-informed and are being trained in every facet for the world wide police state that we have let happen. What you should be promoting is The truth. Like how the Govt planned 9/11 How the Govt's of the world are involved intimately in worldwide sex trades of babies and small children. Patriot act 2 that was passed secretly with a secret congress that was allowed to be formed by the first patriot act, that pretty much destroyed all of our rights as people period. How the illuminati are in control of the world and we are one step away from orwell rolling in his grave. Nikki , Thank you for replying insightfully. That is a very interesting fact about the Tribe you speak of. I indeed believe that if women werent repressed for thousands of years that we would be in a much different place. The the story of the great mother has much significance in our history and should be learned about and used as a tool in our thoughts. People do feel helpless. But the truth is they only feel that way because they are not informed enough and have been conditioned to fear seeking truth. And confined by there own minds, the danger is grave. And the stakes are high. We risk an imperial force coming and taking us away if we spread truth now. Women have little or no voice in the world. And most people in general dont recognize the power of there free will. We who do realize at the latest stage of the game need to act exponentially to inform people of the truth. Dear Friends,

Last night on the news I saw an interview with hooded Hezbollah fighters, covered from head to toe looking directly at the TV camera through small holes cut into their hoods. Barely distinguishable amongst their plain white garments stood a small hooded child! I knew I could be silent no more. This insanity must stop! What is happening in the world is intolerable.

I fervently believe that if mothers and grandmothers take a stand we could change things. If women all over the world stand up and proclaim for all to see, hear, and know with certainty that all women, on all sides of every conflict, are sick of sacrificing their children to the abomination of hatred, cruelty, and unnecessary death, we could change things. The children are the future for all of us. What hope is there for a world where children grow up knowing nothing but fear and hatred?

September 21, 2007 is a UN sanctioned International Day of Peace. I propose that on that day at precisely 10 AM (in each time zone), all women everywhere on the planet stop whatever they are doing and step out into the street, or up to their government headquarters, or gather in a prominent public place and proclaim with one voice “NO MORE WAR!!!” or “LET PEACE PREVAIL!” or whatever words of power or silence best expresses their cry for peace. We can also stand firm in our resolve within our families and invite the men of heart we know to join us in this declaration.

If we could find a way to communicate with and unite all women, even for a moment, our stand will pass like a great wave around the world, and soften the hearts of fathers, uncles, brothers and government leaders who believe that aggression and retaliation are the only valid responses to current world situations.

I offer this idea as a seed that can be watered by your thoughts and input and passed on as a collaborative effort to unite women and create peace. My hope is that if we circulate this message through all our networks and circles, we will reach enough women by September 21 to make a difference. We are not helpless!

Please copy this message onto a new page before you send it on—forwards are usually filtered out as spam. Add your name and suggestions if you wish, and your own impassioned plea to get the word out to the women of the world.
